Translate to English Eher kühler, kräuterig-pflanzlicher und auch floraler Duft mit Zitrus- und Steinobstnoten sowie deutlicher, eher dunkler Mineralik, etwas Speck und Pilzen. Fest gewirkte, kühle, saftige Frucht, kräuterig und deutlich salzig-mineralisch, straffe, feine Säure, reichlich Griff von feinem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, herbe, aber auch nicht ganz passende Kandissüße Töne, gute Tiefe, dunkelbeerige Aromen im Hintergrund, sehr guter bis langer, straffer, saftiger Abgang.
