Fairly tart nose, still slightly reductive, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, intense mineral notes, citrus with apple and peach fruit, hint of mushrooms, some nutty traces and avocado. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent salty mineral notes, floral traces, prominent acidity, firm grip and bite, cool style, good depth, still quite young, very light, bright character, quite concentrated, vibrant, notes of tarragon and lemon verbena, hint of egg-white, very good long, very firm and minerally finish with cool juicy notes, salt and tremendous, fiarly dominant acidity. As with so many wines of this vintage it does not quite deliver on the promises of its youth, nevertheless, based on its concentration and depth it is still one of the best wines of 2010. By the third day after opening the aciditybecomes more manageable, gaining in juiciness, complexity and substance.
