Translate to English Zurückhaltende, herbe, schweflige, leicht holzige, fest gewirkte Nase mit gelbfruchtigen und fein-vegetabilen Aromen, einer Spur Mandeln, Kräutern und deutlicher, leicht erdiger Mineralik und Süßholz. Dicht und saftig im Mund, reife, weitgehend trockene Frucht mit feiner vegetabiler, leicht an Brokkoli erinnernder Würze, dazu Grapefruit und Birne, auch wieder nussige Töne, feine, straffe Säure und reifer Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und griffig, holzig, gute Substanz und Tiefe, kerniger Stil, gute Tiefe, ein Hauch Birne und Banane im Hintergrund, recht vielschichtig, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und mineralischer Abgang mit feinen vegetabilen Tönen. Derzeit völlig unnahbar.
