Reife, saftige, verhältnismäßig ruhig wirkende Frucht, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, vegetabile und erdig-mineralische Töne, ganz leicht nussig und hefig, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Griff und etwas Schmelz, kräuterige Nuancen, guter bis sehr guter, süßlich-saftiger, etwas vegetabiler und mineralischer Abgang.
