Translate to English Fester, leicht hefiger, rauchiger und angedeutet nussiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Noten, hellen floralen Anklängen, ein wenig Suppenkräutern und Mineralik. Klare, reife, geschliffene Frucht, weitgehend trocken, pflanzliche und hefige Noten am Gaumen, leicht gewürzige Töne, sehr feine, geschliffene Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, recht dicht, griffig und herb-saftig, deutliche, eher helle Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, noch unentwickelt, sehr guter, straffer Abgang.
