Fairly dfirm, cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light earthy and floral notes, still yeasty, touch of yellow fruit, some kiwi, woodruff and melon. Fairly light-bodied, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and fresh vegetal aromas, lively, elegant acidity, persitent, fairly grippy, some sugar candy, still undeveloped, some depth, salty notes, fairly prominent sage on a very good firm, juicy finish.
