Translate to English Klassische Spontangärungsnase, sehr mineralisch wirkend, der Fruchtanteil ist noch sehr verschlossen, ein wenig Quitte und sehr frischer Pfirsich sowie kräuterige Töne. Im Mund frischer Pfirsich, reife Zitrusfrüchte und etwas Aprikose, mineralische Anklänge, animierendes Spiel zwischen Süße und Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, recht straff gewirkt und lebendig, etwas Tiefe, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
