Animierende, sehr klare, saftige Frucht mit verspielter Säure, etwas Kohlensäure und mineralischen Anklängen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, feiner Biss, hefige Würze, guter, süßlich-saftiger und leicht würziger Abgang.
