Translate to English Zart hefiger und fein-vegetabiler bis kräuteriger Kern- und Steinobstduft mit feinen Zitrusaromen, einem Hauch grünen Pfeffers und erdigen bis mineralischen Nuancen. Geschliffene, sehr süße Frucht mit vegetabilen und erdigen Tönen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und ein Hauch Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz, erdig bis mineralisch im Hintergrund, etwas Griff, noch wenig entwickelt, Kandisnoten im Hintergrund, eine Spur Tabak und Kreuzkümmel, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit Biss und Würze.
