2016 Dhron Hofberg Riesling trocken, Mosel, Germany

Yeasty, herbaceous and rather mineral scent of pome, stone and citrus fruits with light floral nuances. Clear, polished and rather cool, fine juicy, ripe fruit with very fine acidity, a hint of candy as well as floral and delicate dark berry aromas, persistent on the palate, good substance, certain sweetness, still rather undeveloped, a hint of caramel in the background, also hinted at liquorice, crumbly tannin, very good, slightly sweetish, with air increasingly tight finish
