Clean, polished, almost a little cool red fruit nose with aromas reminiscent of cocktail cherries, a little spicy and ethereal nuances and with air also preserved black berries and plums. Ripe, firm, rather juicy fruit with spicy and roasted new wood aromas, present, ripe, fine tannin, certain acid bite, persistent on the palate, warm and cool notes, chocolate tones slightly reminiscent of ice cream confectionery, salt in the background, has bite and grind, certain depth, still young, very good, smoky, spicy and juicy finish
