Firm, quite deep, dried vegetable to herbaceous and slightly floral, also a trace of yeasty fragrance with yellow-fruity and nutty tones, clear minerality and a hint of dark berries. Ripe, juicy, melty and spicy fruit, very fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, substantial and lasting on the palate, again slightly dark tones, woody hints, good depth, very good, juicy warm and spicy finish
