2010 Fellbach Lämmler Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and delicate nutty notes, partly candied yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice and dried flowers, mineral notes, hint of bacon. Sweetish, juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly prominent acidity, very slightly muted by tannins, good persistence, some grip, hint of wilted flowers in the background, mineral and nutty notes, some depth, hint of caramel and yellow spice, medium body, very good sweetish finish.

Klar, straff und saftig im Mund, geschliffene Frucht mit pflanzlichen und erdig-mineralischen Noten, präsente, recht feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Tiefe, süßliche Noten, aber auch viel Biss, griffig und auch ganz leicht rau am Gaumen, sehr guter, wenn auch wieder ganz leicht nachtrocknender Abgang mit Zug und deutlicher Mineralik.
