2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Firm nose. light dried vegetal and spicy notes, ripe, predominantly black berries, earthy and nutty notes, hint of tobacco. Firmly structured, tart, dsark fruit on the palate,cedary and earthy notes, light sooty notes and some ashes, fairly prominent fine, sandy tannins, noticeable mineral notes in the background, straightforward style, full body, still slightly brittle on a very good, tart finish. Still needs some time to mature.
