Whiff of smoky oak on the nose, ripe yellow fruit, floral notes and yellow spice, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, fairly firm fruit on the palate, yellow spice, yeasty traces, light oak and mineral notes, elegant acidity, integrated ripe tannins, persistent, hint of sugar candy, delicate touch of bacon and tobacco on a very good finish.
