Translate to English Weicher, leicht karamelliger Duft nach Äpfeln und Steinobst mit mineralischer Würze im Hintergrund. Zunächst leicht wachsig im Mund, verhaltene Frucht und pflanzliche Ansätze, ruhige Säure, Gewinnt dann mit Luft erheblich an Tiefe und auch an Biss, wird klarer und nachhaltiger, Aromen von Mirabellen und Renekloden, gute Substanz, mineralisches Rückgrat, herbwürziger, erst leicht an Bitterschokolade erinnernder, später auch pfirsich- und zitrusfruchtiger und mineralischer Abgang.
