Translate to English Herber, mineralischer und getrocknet-pflanzlicher Zitrus-Pfirsichduft mit einer Spur Apfel. Feinsaftige, leicht entwickelte Frucht im Mund, süßlich und herb zugleich, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, deutliche Mineralik am Gaumen, gewisser Schmelz, vegetabile und erdige Nuancen, recht nachhaltig, gute Balance, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas Tiefe, relativ kräftig, sehr guter Abgang. Hat sich viel besser entwickelt, als wir erwartet hätten.

Herb-vegetabil und phenolisch auch im Mund, tabakige Töne, feine Säure, verhaltene, süßliche Frucht, gewisse Mineralität und erdige Noten im Hintergrund, etwas Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, altholzig wirkende Töne, nachtrocknender Gerbstoff, guter, wenn auch wieder etwas phenolisch-herber Abgang.
