Leicht süßliche Frucht im Mund, eher kühl, vegetabile bis kräuterige Aromen, ein wenig erdig-mineralisch, lebendige, recht feine Säure und ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, guter, trotz der Süße herb wirkender Abgang.
