Firm, fairly deep nose, still has prominent yeasty notes, herbaceous and light nutty notes, hint of bacon, dried flowers, some yellow spice, hint of petrol, prominent mineral notes. Firm again on the palate, yeasty and light nutty notes, floral and delicate vegetal notes, persistent, good substance, some depth, hint of tobacco, some marzipan, traces of strawberry, ripe tannins provide firm grip, still quite young, fairly prominent earthy and mineral notes, very good, firm, grippy finish.
