2018 Rüdesheim Unterer Bischofsberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Light vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, floral traces, yeasty notes, hint of mushrooms, restrained, fairly cool yellow fruit aromas, minty notes and mineral notes. Ripe, slightly creamy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, partly dried vegetal notes, nutty and delicate spicy notes, earthy and mineral notes, good substance and persistence, full body, has some depth, still very slightly muted, floral traces, hint of mushrooms, prominent mineral notes, hint of peperoni on a very good, slightly warm finish.
