Cool and rather tart, vegetable to herbaceous citrus nose with notes of apple and stone fruit, certain minerality and light floral notes. Restrained fruit with vegetable, yeasty, floral and also a little bit earthy tones, certain acid bite, fine sandy tannin, some persistence, salt in the background, good, only a little drying and rough finish with a certain draught.
