2012 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Löwengang, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Fester, eher verschlossener, etwas getrocknet-vegetabiler und erdiger Duft nach teils eingemachten dunklen Beeren und Kirschen mit Zwetschgennoten, moderatem Holz, ein wenig Tabak, Speck und Wurzelgemüse. Reife, teils eingemacht wirkende, überwiegend dunkle Frucht, ziemlich saftig, mit rauchigen holzigen Aromen, etwas Kandis, Speck und angedeutet Kräutern, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch eher jugendliches, dabei erstklassiges Tannin, eine Spur getrockneter Pilze und Unterholz im Hintergrund, Zigarrentabak, etwas Salz, hat gewissen Schliff und Tiefe, relativ kühler Stil, noch ein wenig gedeckt, legt mit Luft noch einmal deutlich zu, wird tiefer und saftiger, sehr guter Abgang mit Salznoten.
