Firm, quite deep, nutty-woody aroma of ripe black berries with some smoke and hints of dried herbs, tobacco aromas and a hint of tar. Ripe, juicy, firm fruit with nutty, slightly smoky as well as a little cocoa and coffee spicy wood aromas, present, fine tannin, persistent on the palate, a little chalky and salty, dried herb notes, a little pepper, tobacco nuances, has power, still young, good depth, ethereal nuances, very good, firm, somewhat warm, juicy and spicy finish.

Editor note: Deep and firm, tobacco, woody and slightly animalic aroma of ripe black berries with liquorice notes, some pepper, mint, a hint of bacon and tobacco nuances. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, nutty and spicy tones, slightly smoky wood, coffee notes on the palate and a hint of liquorice, mint and pepper, crumbly-sandy, ripe, yet present tannin, certain depth, still rather young, a little liquorice in the background, mineral hints, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with slightly chocolaty and again minty tones.

Editor note: Translate to English Klarer, fester, nussiger und leicht zedrig-holziger Duft nach reifen überwiegend schwarzen Beeren mit tabakigen Aromen und ein wenig gewürzigen Holztönen sowie einer Spur Minze. Straffe, herbe, eher kühle, saftige Frucht mit nussig-holzwürzigen Tönen, Minze, ein wenig Tabak und einem Hauch Pfeffer, feinsandiges, jugendliches Tannin, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, kräuterige und salzige Anklänge, noch unentwickelt, sehr guter, straffer, herb-saftiger und wieder kräuteriger und pfeffrig-würziger Abgang.
