Cloudy bright yellow. Relatively cooler, deeper, firm, quite nutty, yeasty and asparagus-vegetal to dried herbaceous notes with restrained yellow-fruit aromas, very slightly smoky notes and some spicy oak. Fairly firm, tart fruit with apple-like notes, hints of star anise and reminiscent notes of coffee grounds, lively acidity, prominent citrus notes, has good traction and traction, good persistence, some depth, mature, slightly astringent tannins, salty mineral notes, again a bit too Wood, very good to long, slightly peppery finish with a bite and salty mineral notes.
