Cloudy golden yellow. Clear, nutty and yeasty pome fruit scent with bright floral, delicate tobacco and very slightly yellow-spicy aromas as well as a little lemon verbena and sage. Ripe yellow fruit with a very fine acidity, clearly nutty to slightly woody aromas, yeast and a hint of yellow spice, moderate acidity, despite the moderate alcohol, has melt, good substance and sustainability, a hint of butter caramel in the background, delicate handle, mushroomy and dried - floral nuances, certain depth, quite complex, very good, firm finish with chalky and salty mineral notes.
