Dull golden yellow to orange. Dried floral, nutty and yeasty aroma of partly dried pome fruit with a little yellow spice, slightly woody tones, a little light tobacco and earthy minerality. Firm, tart, restrained fruit with clearly yeasty, nutty and somewhat tobacco notes, much grasp of crumbly-sandy tannin, fine acid bite, good substance and persistence, certain depth, has power but no heaviness, quite complex, tart yellow spice in the background, earthy minerality, very good, firm, grasping, tart, slightly roasted and almond finish. May mature.
