2016 Weißburgunder trocken Montonia, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm, yeasty nose, prominent vegetal notes, chalky mineral notes, slightly restless, light yellow fruit and light floral notes. Ripe, juicy, creamy, bone dry fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and some more yeasty aromas, lively, elegant acidity, persistent, gripping, integrated youthful tannins, chalky and salty notes in the background, some depth, hint of bacon, vary good finish. Needs time to mature.
