Light vegetal, earthy and mineral notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Tart fruit on the palate, still very slightly muted, elegant acidity, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy as well as chalky, salty mineral notes, peppery traces, good persistence and substance, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good, tart finish.
