Clear, cool, polished fragrance with light yellow-fruity and delicately yeasty notes, fine herbal to herbaceous aromas, a hint of pepper and clear minerality. Tight, reserved and rather cool, finely juicy fruit, planty, slightly yeasty, nutty and peppery aromas, very fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, clear minerality, still young, very good, cool, tart, juicy and mineral finish. Has ripened considerably with the year since the last tasting
