Dull, bright yellow. Emphasizes yeasty, also somewhat nutty and vegetable citrus and pome fruit scent, floral and herbal nuances and a hint of bacon. Juicy, very dry fruit with clearly yeasty and nutty aromas, lively, quite fine mousseux, lots of grip, lasting, somewhat melty and hinted buttery, lasting, fine acid bite, has substance, fresh citrus notes, a little bit towards bitter orange, yellow-spicy traces, very good, juicy, nutty and handy finish
