Today, the third generation of the company is managed by Inge and Alfred Männle. The vineyards cover 14.5 hectares of vines in the privately owned single location Durbacher Bienengarten. It is documented that viticulture was practiced in the "Bennengarten" over 400 years ago. Mainly Pinot Noir and Klingelberger
(Riesling), as well as the varieties Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Clevner (Traminer), Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Scheurebe. After cool, restrained fermentation in stainless steel or barrique, the wines are stored for up to 12 months , After gentle, aroma-preserving filtration, they are filled.
