Fruchtig, pflanzlich bis kräuterig und verhalten rauchig-holzig im Mund, erdige Noten, feine Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, ganz leicht gedeckt, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, angedeutet weißer Pfeffer, erdige Noten, guter bis sehr guter, ganz leicht sandiger Abgang.
