Translate to English Noch sehr deutliche Spontangärnoten in der Nase, Hefe, Lauch und Zwiebeln, erst im Hintergrund gelbe Frucht, Kräutertöne und etwas Cassis. Im Mund deutlich klarer, süß und recht saftig, feine, passende Säure, leichter Gerbstoff und auch hefige Würze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, guter Stoff und gewisse Tiefe, mineralisches Rückgrat, gute Länge. Muss noch ein paar Monate reifen.
