1999 Assmannshausen Höllenberg Spätburgunder trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Elegantly spicy nose, plums and black berries with a mineral note. Clean, tightly woven fruit, elegantly juicy, lively acidity, very harmonious tannins, clearly contoured, clean style, mineral notes on the palate, persistent, long finish.
