2001 Rüdesheim Bischofsberg Riesling Beerenauslese, Rheingau, Germany

Concentrated bouquet of peaches and apricots, with hints of caramel and honey. Intense, very concentrated and enticing fruit, creamy, with delightful acidity, wonderful lively play, incredible depth and purity of flavour on the palate, this is a totally fascinating and alluring wine, elegant honeyed notes, never-ending finish. A dream.
