2009 trocken Collection JB, Cuvée "Ursus", Pfalz, Germany

Strong woody, vegetal and a little chocolaty mixed berry nose with herbal and earthy tones as well as some coffee. Also in the mouth quite a lot of wood, in addition flavours of cooked mixed berries, in addition earthy, herbaceous and spicy notes, relatively fine-grained tannin, discreet acid bite, has juice, strength and certain substance, not too deep, quite woody, a little juicy and also quite alcohol-strong in the good finish.
