Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile Nase mit erdigen und gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Speck sowie holzigen und mineralischen Tönen. Reife, ziemlich schmelzige, auch süßliche Frucht im Mund, zurückhaltende Säure, wieder deutlich vegetabile Aromen, rauchig-speckiges Holz und erdige Töne, nachhaltig und kräftig am Gaumen, geht ein wenig in die Breite, wirkt aber auch noch sehr jung, moderater, reifer, mürber Gerbstoff, laktische Spuren, guter, wieder süßlich-schmelziger Abgang mit Holznoten.
