Cool, distinctly vegetable citrus nose with pomace and stone fruit tones as well as floral, herbal and mineral nuances. Soft, sweet, calm fruit, vegetal aromas, reduced acidity, buttery notes on the palate, a hint of earthy, mineral notes in the background, certain substance and firmness, despite the soft impression, very good finish.
