2015 Hattenheim Wisselbrunnen Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Nose still restless, light volatile and lactic notes, prominent vegetal and earthy notes, very restrained yellow fruit, yellow spice, delicate floral notes, earthy and mineral notes. Firm and basically dry on the palate, nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, floral traces, fairly prominent acidity, slightly astringent tannins, some oak in the background, light bitter touch, hint of tobacco, firm grip, earthy and salty mineral notes, some depth, still largely undeveloped and still slightly chunky, full-bodied, bitter nuts in the background, very good, firm finish.
