Editor note: Nose still slightly muted, prominent yeasty and light floral notes, very slightly open, light yellow fruit and light vegetal notes, some yellow spice, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, partly candied, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, light vegetal and floral notes, hint of butter caramel, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, hint of red berries, some yellow spice, becomes deeper and firmer with aeration, good to very good, sweetish finish.
Best to drink: 2020-2024+

Editor note: Firm nose, yeasty and still restless, hint of tobacco, light spicy notes, pomaceous and stone fruit, dried yellow flowers, saffron and mustard seed. Juicy, slightly sweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes slightly reminiscent of salad cucumber, hint of red berries, green herbs, delicate buttery and floral traces, lively acidity, tart mineral notes, has substance, light tannic touch, more yellow spice, slightly muted on a very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
Best to drink: 2019-2023+
