2018 Pinot Noir VDP.Gutswein trocken "Von Unserm-S", Rheingau, Germany

Nutty and woody-spicy, somewhat warm scent of ripe red berries and a little bit of preserved cherries with still slightly yeasty as well as earthy-mineral and tobacco tones. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit, roasted wood spice and some vanilla, present, youthful, fine tannin, persistent on the palate, certain warmth, good depth, minerality in the background, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish. Must still mature a little
