2011 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Arzio, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Noch recht holzbetonte, aber feste, rauchige und dunkel-röstige Nase nach schwarzen Beeren und einem Hauch Kirschen mit rußigen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und tabakigen Noten, etwas Heu und erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Reife, teils eingemachte, saftige Frucht, ziemlich fest gewirkt, deutliches, röstiges, schokoladiges und etwas gebrannt-nussiges Holz, feinsandige, reife, präsente Tannine, nachhaltig und sehr kräftig am Gaumen, viel Substanz und Schmelz, leicht karamellig im Hintergrund, tabakige und aschige Töne, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Orangeat, gewisse Tiefe, voluminöser Stil, sehr guter Abgang.
