Translate to English Recht fester, etwas kräuteriger, getrocknet-floraler und pfeffriger Duft nach teils eingemachten Kirschen und dunklen Beeren mit etwas Lakritz, Schokolade und tabakigen Nuancen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige und verhältnismäßig kühl wirkende schwarze Frucht, feinsandiges Tannin und etwas Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, leicht tabakig und röstig, im Hintergrund ein wenig Kräuter, Salz und erdige Noten, sehr guter, herber und wieder eher kühler Abgang mit pfeffrigen Tönen.
