Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, yellow and green fruit, touch of elderflower, mineral notes. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, spicy vegetal notes, some sugar candy, very creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, floral aromas, hint of dark berries, mineral notes in the background, very good, slightly warm and alcoholic finish.
