2017 Gau-Bischofsheim Kellersberg Grauburgunder trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Fairly cool, restrained nose, nutty and delicate floral notes, hint of mushrooms, partly matured pomaceous fruit,light earthy notes nad peppery traces, hint of tobacco. Fairly firm, polished, sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, prominent apple fruit, very elegant, lively acidity, very slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, light chalky and salty mineral notes, peppery traces, hint of bacon and tobacco, touch of red berries, light herbaceous notes on a good to very good finish.
