Delicately vegetal pome fruit nose with citrus nuances and a hint of caramel. Sweet, partly candied fruit in the mouth, slightly vegetal notes, lively acidity and delicate carbonic acid, nutty hints, but remains overall emphatically fruity, almost a little limey, yet very clean, crisp and drinkable, chalky tones in the background, decent to good finish.
