2013 Ried Wiesbergen Pinot Noir Reserve trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Fairly mature tart nose, light metallic notes, red berries and cassis, whiff of iodine, earthy and mineral notes. Also fairly mture on the palate, smoky, toasted, earthy and some more metallic notes, light acid bite, fine sandy tannins, earthy traces, hint of bacon, some licorice, dried soup greens, tarry traces, fairly persistent, noticeable but integrated alcohol, hint of dark chocolate, good to very good finish.
