Im Mund ruhig und harmonisch, leicht nussige und immer noch zart hefige Noten hinter der dezenten, sanften Frucht, feines, cremiges Mousseux, nuancenreich und stimmig, wieder reifer Apfel und auch etwas Honigmelone im guten Abgang.
