Translate to English Erst zurückhaltende, mit Luft immer tiefere und komplexere Nase, erinnert an Pistazien, Quittengelee und Sandkuchen mit etwas Holz und Mineralität. Im Mund ausladend und gesammelt zugleich, zeigt mineralische Kühle und kraftvolle, nachhaltige Frucht, viel Substanz und Tiefgang, in sich ruhender, geschliffener und dabei sehr anregender, vielschichtiger Wein, eingebundene Säure, große Länge. Braucht noch etwas Zeit, aber schon jetzt ein ausgezeichneter Begleiter für Festessen.
