2015 Burkheim Schloßgarten Villinger Grauburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Fairly tart nose, light nutty, spicy oak, delicate hint of tobacco, herbaceous and mineral notes, pomaceous fruit. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent nutty notes and light oak, very elegant acidity, light tannic touch, fairly concentrated and persistent, still largely undeveloped, noticeable grip and bite, very polished, some depth, mineral notes, quite full-bodied, but not heavy, still very slightly rough, but becomes increasingly polished with aerationj, toch of dried herbs, opens up in the glass, very good finish. Still needs time to mature.
